Mena speaks through Gayle Reynolds as one voice and expresses that she represents a group of four spiritual teachers.  She brings the message of expanding self-awareness and self-development to humankind as it stands on the threshold of what truly is a new age.

The process of channeling through which Mena  presents her message is one in which Mena is granted the use of Gayle’s voice and body.   Gayle’s voice and mannerism’s change slightly as Mena communicates  through Gayle's body.

After entering an expanded state of consciousness, which Gayle describes as being “off somewhere” and after traveling through a tunnel of light, her physical being opens to Mena’s presence. Gayle steps away while Mena offers instruction and insight. While in the altered state of consciousness, Gayle is receiving personal instruction.  Like dreams, some experiences remain vivid and clear and others are forgotten.

Mena’s stated purpose is to reveal and clarify the nature of human experience in order to help humankind better understand its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual nature while encouraging living a spirit-centered life.
