If we determine this is a good fit, together we will develop a schedule that fits your budget and unique time frame. I start with an assessment and intake interview. I listen and ask thought provoking questions to get to the core of what you really want. Together, we identify the key areas important to you encouraging values based goal setting with meaningful and measurable results. Realizing each part of your life is interconnected, all aspects of your life that influence your objectives are reviewed and included in the overall plan of action. As challenges, barriers to change, concerns, achievements or areas of learning arise, together we address what actions are required. I encourage self-awareness practices and mindset management. |
